People. Stop using hetero-normative, cisgender, transphobic terms like men and women. In this day and age, it is about time we recognize everyone doesn't fit into the gender binary. There are many people that don't fit into either category. And no, I am not talking about intersex. I am talking about women, femmes, mixes, zirs, furries, and all the others. People who use exclusive terms cause violence and hate. Instead of using men, use mix. You might be even inclined to try "birthing person and non-birthing person, as we know all types of people who give birth. If you really want to make a change, list your pronouns always after you introduce yourself.
